LEGAL STRUGGLES

New technologies or new contraceptives have, over the years, posed dangers to women’s health. The health hazards are either overlooked or not anticipated by the agencies which push for the technologies. Our efforts in the context of reforms in legal processes involving health-related technologies are reflected in our writings.
